Milk & Honey Café
Sometimes, all you need is good Wi-Fi, hot coffee, and a pastry that makes you rethink every decision you’ve made that didn’t involve sugar. That’s exactly where Milk & Honey Café comes in.
Launched in 2023 by Pastry Chef Olivia Okeke and Buchi Okeke, Milk & Honey started out as a bakery and quickly expanded into a café. Their mission is simple: to give Lagosians a cozy spot where you can sit down, relax, and enjoy gourmet pastries without selling your kidney for it. And honestly? Mission accomplished.
The vibe here is warm and cozy, like stepping into a hug, if hugs came with coffee refills. It’s the perfect place to hide away from the chaos of an office, escape your noisy flatmates, or even pretend you’re “working from home” while secretly people-watching. With free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. It’s the kind of spot where you might just forget Lagos stress exists, at least until you step outside again.
And the food? Let’s just say the pastries and desserts don’t play. Their buns are so fluffy they could double as pillows, and the cakes are rich enough to convince you that maybe, just maybe, happiness really does come in slices. Everything is priced in that sweet spot where you don’t have to check your account balance twice before ordering, which means you can indulge freely and still afford transport back home.
With two locations, one at 47 Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1, and the other at 1 Macpherson Avenue, Ikoyi. Milk & Honey makes itself accessible to both island crews who brunch for sport and those who just want a quiet corner to work or study. They open from 7AM to 8PM Monday through Saturday, and 9AM to 8PM on Sundays, which means they’ve got you covered whether you’re starting your day early with coffee or trying to sugar-crash your way through Lagos traffic in the evening.
Honestly? Milk and Honey cafe is the kind of balance we all need in this city.
