White Deck Beach

Demolition here, demolition there, it seems like the Lagos State government’s zeal for redevelopment knows no bounds. But amidst the chaos, we stumbled upon lots of beach thats standing during this tides and trails- White Deck Beach in Okun Ajah, Ajah, Lekki.

This beach, nestled in Ajah and it is a tranquil oasis that has managed to escape the wrecking ball… for now(Lmao) and with only 2,000naira you can get access to the beach.

The beach is a quiet and peaceful beach that’s often overlooked. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. The beach is quiet, making it a good spot to escape the troubles of the week.
One of the best things about White Deck Beach is its peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great place to sit and think, or take a leisurely walk along the shore. The staff are friendly, and there are some food and drink options available.

You can also bring in you food into the place, if you’re willing to pay the corkage fee stipulated.
Also, they have a lodge and the rates are:
Standard room: N50,000
Deluxe N65,000
Premium N70,000
Pent house N80,000
Beach view N100,000
Downside:
There are no food sellers on the beach, which was a major inconvenience. We had to settle for just their grilled fish(12,000). Their drink is on the higher side and so is their lodge too.
Additionally, there are no gaming activities or entertainment options, except for a single horse ride. This got boring quickly, and we found ourselves wondering what to do next.
Overall, our experience at White Deck Beach was quite fair. Unless you’re looking for a very quiet and relaxed experience, we would not recommend White Deck Beach.
