Unwinding at Timeless Beach Resort
Lagos beaches are either a hit or a miss. Sometimes you get paradise, other times you get overpriced pure water and sand in your eye. So, naturally, when I heard about Timeless Beach Resort in Okun-Ajah, I had to check if it was actually timeless or just a waste of time.
Sitting pretty in the heart of Mopo Akinlade, Ajah, Lagos State, this resort can be your “coastal oasis.” Getting there is quite the adventure itself! Just “get to Ajah Underbridge, take a bus to Abraham Adesanya, then hop on a Maruwa to Timeless Beach.

What’s the Vibe?
Timeless Beach Resort actually understood the assignment. The environment is clean, the sand is sandy (as it should be), and the ocean waves will remind you of all your problems (but in a relaxing way). The best part? You can bring your own food and drinks! But, of course, there’s a corkage fee.
The entry fee is a humble ₦1,000 (affordable, right?), but if you want the VIP experience—which includes swimming and gaming—it’s ₦4,000. Now, if you’re a “baller” and prefer comfort over struggle, you can grab one of their luxury rooms starting from ₦50,000 per night. They also have an Executive Apartment at ₦120,000 per night, perfect for those who enjoy the soft life.

If you ever get bored of just staring at the water, Timeless Beach Resort has plenty of distractions to keep you entertained. The Timeless Mini Mart is there for when you forget your sunscreen. If you need proof that you actually went outside, the Timeless Selfie Museum ensures your Instagram feed gets the attention it deserves. When hunger reminds you that vibes are not food, the Timeless Restaurant & Bar is ready to serve. And if the ocean breeze disrespects your frontal, the Timeless Unisex Salon will bring it back to life. Fitness lovers can hit the Timeless Gym Services to get a quick workout in before diving into the pool. And for those carrying the weight of Lagos stress on their shoulders, the Massage Centre is there to knead the struggle away.
If you’re rolling deep with your crew and want to level up your beachside experience, Timeless Beach Resort has tents to keep the squad comfy. For a small group of 5-10 people, you can secure a tent for ₦10,000, while a medium-sized gang of 20-30 people will need ₦30,000. And if you’re really about that big flex life, a tent for 50-70 people goes for ₦50,000.
If you’re looking for a fun beach experience without unnecessary stress, Timeless Beach Resort is a solid option. It’s clean, it’s got activities, and best of all—you can bring your own food & drinks. Just be ready for the extra charges that Lagos beaches love to throw at you.
But hey, at least you’ll have those “picture-perfect memories” from the selfie museum to remember why you’re eating instant noodles for the next month.
