Ewa Station: Impressive Exterior, Inconsistent Service
- God rested on the 7th day, but we decided to rest on the second day after visiting Ewa Station for two consecutive days in an unsuccessful attempt to buy their beans.
Reflect and reason with us, as we tell you our experience at Ewa Station.
Let’s begin……
One aspect that is beneficial about the Station is that it is exceedingly simple to locate, on account of their lofty edifice and signage exterior to the building.
In addition, from the outside you can tell the place is giving aesthetic and a fancy restaurant. Immediately you step in, you can see how well arranged the chairs and tables are.
However, don’t be swayed by that, out of the three staffs we met there, two were so saucy and the last person was calm but a bit inquisitive.
We didn’t even mind their attitude since our eyes was on the goal(the beans). We sat down asked for the menu.
A portion of beans is N1,100, we asked for two portions and the waiters raised her head to say “beans has finished”.
“Ewa Station doesn’t have beans????, is that not your major”.
The waiter said they have other things such as Amala, Jollof rice, white rice and more, but we had a goal which was beans and we had to leave.
“Beans will be available tomorrow at anytime” said the waiter.
7:00pm on Friday evening, we decided to visit the station again and yes, same story as yesterday.
“Beans is only available in the morning till 3 or 5;00pm” said the waiter.
We left without crushing our goals, but maybe some other day we can try it out again, but for now??
Peace out!
It is very concerning that a restaurant called “Beans Station” is out of their main dishes, and the only things they have are other services. It makes us wonder why it’s called “Beans Station” and not just “Food Station”
