I made the mistake of parking a little too close to the landscaping at my building in Al Raha Beach and woke up to find the entire driver side of my Camaro absolutely peppered with these crusty white hard water spots that have baked onto the black paint for what must have been a full weekend while I was out of town and now they won't come off no matter how much I scrub with quick detailer and a microfiber, I'm honestly kicking myself because the paint was in pretty decent shape for a 2018 and now it looks like it's got a permanent rash that catches the light every time I walk up to it, I started searching for shops that actually list American muscle specifically and came across www.exoticcarcare.ae/camaro-detailing-abu-dhabi which seems promising but I'm a little worried that the only real fix is going to involve wet sanding and I've seen some truly botched sanding jobs on black cars where the clear coat ends up looking wavy under gas station lights, has anyone dealt with stubborn water spot etching on dark paint in this city and found a place that can safely level it out with a proper multi stage polish instead of jumping straight to the most aggressive method and leaving the paint thinner than it needs to be?
