CTS battery died in my apartment garage in the Greens and I have no idea how to even access the thing, anyone used a mobile guy who knows Cadillacs?

I walked out this morning to grab coffee and my 2016 CTS just sat there completely unresponsive like I'd left a dome light on for a month except I didn't and I'm pretty sure the battery is just cooked from four years of Dubai heat and the fact that I barely drive it more than twice a week, the part that's really throwing me is I popped the hood and the battery isn't even there it's tucked away in the trunk under the spare tire cover and there's this whole procedure in the manual about connecting a memory saver to the OBD port before you disconnect anything so you don't lose the window indexing and the radio presets and honestly I don't have the patience or the right tools to be messing with that in a dimly lit parking garage while my neighbor's cat watches me struggle, I started looking for a mobile service that actually knows these GM luxury platforms because I figure if you show up to a random battery van they're just going to scratch their head and tell you to take it to the dealer, I found a listing at http://www.batteryzoneuae.com/cadillac-battery-replacement that specifically mentions they handle the trunk mounted batteries and the memory saver procedure which is exactly the kind of thing I need to hear before I let someone near my car, so I'm just wondering if anyone with a Cadillac or even a Camaro with the same weird battery location has used a mobile guy out here and actually had a smooth experience where they showed up with the right AGM and didn't leave the trunk trim panel hanging off by one clip.
