I've been dealing with non-stop calls from Hartman & Associates. After doing some research, I realized a lot of what they were doing might be illegal. They threatened arrest, which I now know is a major red flag for either a scam or an FDCPA violation. They also kept calling my cell phone after hours.

For those of you who have been through this, what did you do next? Did you send a cease and desist letter? Did you report them? I'm trying to figure out the best way to get this to stop and maybe hold them accountable. Any advice would be great.
