Q5 completely dead in the parking lot this morning, battery or something more sinister?

Quote

Walked out to the underground parking in the Marina this morning ready to head to a meeting and the Q5 just sat there like a brick, not even a courtesy click from the starter just total silence and a very dim interior light that flickered once and gave up on life entirely, it's a 2019 model and I'm pretty sure it's still on the original factory battery so I'm not exactly shocked given the way the Dubai summer just absolutely cooks everything under the hood but now I'm stuck wondering if I should just call up one of those mobile battery guys who'll slap any old thing in there and code it with a generic scanner or if that's a recipe for electrical chaos down the line, I've read enough horror stories on the Audi forums about improper battery registration messing with the power management system and causing the alternator to overcharge or undercharge and suddenly you're looking at a much bigger bill than just a new AGM unit, I'd honestly rather find top car maintenance services that understand the whole adaptation process properly and can do it without me having to explain what BEM codes are to the guy on the phone, anyone else had to deal with a flat Q5 battery in this city and found a place that does the coding and registration by the book instead of just clearing the fault and sending you on your way?
