Lily & The Berry Review: Lagos’ First Açaí Bar in Ikoyi
Lily & The Berry is Lagos’ first proper açaí bar and it sits inside the Padel Club in Ikoyi. You walk in and immediately feel lighter. Like you should be holding a smoothie.
This is not a loud restaurant, this is a pause, a reset. A “let me take care of myself small” kind of place.
First Impressions: Calm, Clean, Pretty
Lily & The Berry is simple and beautiful with soft colours, neat space and surprisingly nothing dramatic. It feels healthy before you even order.
You will see people who just finished padel, you will also see people who came only for the bowls. Everybody looks relaxed.
The Star of the Show: Build Your Own Açaí Bowl
This is where the fun starts because you don’t just order a bowl, you build it.
Step 1 – Choose your base
- Organic açaí
- Frozen Greek yoghurt (low sugar)
- Merry cream
Step 2 – Choose your crunch
Granola, oats, nuts, chocolate bits, chia seeds, Biscoff, brownies. The list is long.
Step 3 – Choose your fruits
Bananas, mango, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple and more.
Step 4 – Choose your drizzle
Honey, chocolate, caramel, peanut butter, Nutella, almond butter. Even protein powder if you are serious about life.
You can keep it healthy, you can also accidentally turn it into dessert. No one’s judging, trust me.
More Than Açaí
They also serve:
- Specialty coffee
- Matcha
- Fresh juices and green blends
- Pastries
- Light bites
- Drinks if you want to sip something fancy
So even if you don’t want a bowl, you will still find something.
